This site is a collection of images I have taken over the past two decades.
Each of these images resonates with my sense of light, form, and shadow. In that way, they reflect a part of my personality.
This idea is expressed well by Galen Rowell:
“At the heart of all photography is an urge to express our deepest personal feelings – to reveal our inner hidden selves, to unlock the artist. Those of us who become photographers are never satisfied with just looking at someone else’s expression of something that is dear to us. We must produce our own images instead of buying postcards and photo books. We seek to make our own statement of individuality.”
I have no interest in turning this into a business, but if someone would like a print of one of these images, I do have full-resolution scans of most of them.
